The chief executive and administrative officer of the Toe River Valley Regional Library (TRVRL) and has charge of administering the TRVRL in accordance with approved policies of the its Board. The member libraries of the TRVRL system are the Avery Morrison Library, Spruce Pine Public Library and Mitchell County Library.
