Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with the ability to provide insightful financial analysis and guidance. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. This role will also need to possess an operational perspective for understanding the corporate structure of multiple businesses rolling into a single loop entity. Duties Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Perform cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Analyze financial data and provide insights through comprehensive financial report writing. Provide guidance on best practices in corporate finance. Ensure adherence to other regulatory requirements affecting financial reporting. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing in accordance with federal and state regulations. Experience A valid CPA license or equivalent experience. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on general ledger reconciliation, corporate finance, and financial analysis. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis is essential. Familiarity with operations, direct & indirect tax, corporate structure, and compliance for financial reporting is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration across departments.
